ROOTED

CLASS PROJECT | AUTUMN 2024

ROOTED is a visual system and brand identity created for a three-day music festival at the University of Washington. Over the course of 11 weeks, I developed the festival's branding, including a custom wordmark, visual assets, and a festival app with integrated social features. The project involved researching competitor festivals, defining core values, and iterating on designs based on user feedback to create a cohesive, engaging experience that reflected the festival’s cultural roots and sense of community.

EVENTURE

DESIGN SPRINT | AUTUMN 2024

EVENTURE is a ticketing platform designed to make finding and purchasing event tickets seamless, fast, and enjoyable. Created during a two-week design sprint, the project focused on crafting a user-centered ticket purchasing flow, from event discovery to checkout. With a focus on addressing key user pain points, the platform aimed to serve college students. By the end of the sprint, we presented the desktop design and a mobile prototype, incorporating real-time feedback to refine the user experience.

ART PALETTE GENERATOR

CLASS FINAL | AUTUMN 2024

The Art Palette Generator is a class final project where I combined multiple APIs to create a unique application. The goal was to merge diverse data sources to produce a seamless experience. For this project, I utilized the Metropolitan Museum of Art API to pull in artworks based on user-selected keywords. Then, I integrated the ColorThief API to generate color palettes from those artworks, offering users an artistic and visually appealing way to explore color schemes.
